Advanced Training for Life-Changing Flights
One of the most important investments we can make in UIM Aviation is the continued training and professional development of our pilots and mechanics. While our aviation team has already completed rigorous orientation and initial training, aviation, like medicine, demands continual learning and growth. We are asking our ministry partners to prayerfully consider supporting several key training projects: specialized Carbon Cub pilot training for two of our pilots ($13,000), a Continental engine maintenance course for all of our full-time mechanics ($8,000), and an online aviation safety course for our Safety Officer ($2,000). These figures are approximate and do not include travel, lodging, or meals associated with the training. Together, these programs will sharpen flight skills, strengthen maintenance capabilities, reinforce safety procedures, and help prepare the next generation of missionary aviators to serve effectively in remote regions of Mexico. Your support directly strengthens the ministry's reliability, safety, and long-term effectiveness as we continue to use aviation to bring the Gospel, medical care, discipleship, and encouragement to isolated communities.
