HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT US

HANGAR OPERATIONS Fund

Give to the Hangar Operations Fund to support everything from parts, utilities, fuel, aircraft insurance, hangar rent, and keeping the lights on. This fund enables all our aircraft and bases to run efficiently.

repair and replacement fund

Give to the Aircraft Repair and Replacement fund if you specifically want your gift to be used toward rebuilding 52Q, and 29C’s engine overhaul. Scroll down to find more information about these two projects.

flight fund

Give to the Flight Fund to support the flights in Mexico. It costs $350 for one hour of flight in our Cessna 206. We rely on donations to provide 100% subsidized flights to the national workers we serve.

Medical and dental clinics in mexico

Many villages in Mexico do not have access to medical or dental care. This is where UIMA steps in to help. We desire to fly doctors and dentist to these remote locations on a regular basis to meet their medical needs. But we need your help, as well. Your donations will help with the purchase of medicine, dental supplies and equipment, and UIMA flights to and from these remote locations. Help us make a difference! Give to medical and dental clinics to help the indigenous people in the mountains of Mexico.

Completed projects

We are so thankful to all of you who give to make it possible to keep our planes flying and serving the Lord in Mexico.
You are a vital part of the work the Lord is doing among His people.

51T Final Repairs

Funds have been raised for exterior paint, to replace all the windows, interior panels, reupholster seats, and install additional short take-off and landing modifications to standardize it with our fleet and to operate safer in and out of the high mountain airstrips of Mexico. 51T will soon be flying in Mexico, serving the people.

51T New Engine and Prop

A BIG “thank you” to all who donated towards this project. The Lord has provided abundantly. We have been able to install the rebuilt engine and prop. We are one giant step closer to having this plane ready to serve in Mexico.

New Avionics Upgrade

UIM Aviation have received sufficient funds to upgrade the three Cessna 206’s instrumentation, including Garmin G5’s flight instruments and an Electronics International fuel and engine monitoring system.. The total cost for this package is around $14,000 for each plane for a total of $42,000. You were an important part of this major project.

With your donations, we can now purchase the avionics for all three of these planes and they will begin receiving the much-needed upgrades. All of which are crucial for UIM Aviation to run smoothly for the people in Mexico and beyond. With your help, we can continue with the call the Lord has placed on our aviation team and reach the people in need.

I think it is long past saying, “It's time to move our aircraft into the 21st century.” Everyone knows how quickly electronics change. We are excited to watch our fleet transition. Finally, the costs of upgrading to this technology make sense. What many would call steam gages have become obsolete and cost-prohibitive to overhaul. Now, information that used to come from many various instruments now shows up on one three-inch screen.

We can even swap information around from one screen to the next. Instead of scanning multiple instruments while flying in the clouds, we only have to focus most of our attention on a few. Thanks to those who have contributed to these expensive changes and continue to pray for our ministry.

29C’s Engine Overhaul

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  We are so encouraged that so many of you gave towards the engine overhaul. It was a blessing to have the funds available as soon as the plane was ready for an engine overhaul.  This will speed up the time for it to return to Mexico for ministry.

At 1600 hours our Cessnas’ engines need to be overhauled. 29C is in the Tucson hangar and our mechanics are diligently working to change the engine.  We praise the Lord for so many hours serving the people of Mexico and we could not do this without YOU!
