A Limitless God!
The following story is written by a long-time Ethnos 360 missionary, Rachel Champman, who have used UIMA's plane for many years to access their remote location in the mountians of Mexico.

Just recently, my Nahuatl god-daughter came to visit with her husband and sister-in-law. I hadn't seen her in years since she married a man from a neighboring ethnic group. They are in town visiting her parents and came by for some Scripture materials. Her husband, Tino was a kid when some coworker friends of ours lived in his village representing Christ to his people. After the village as a whole rejected the message of Christ, our friends left his village.
But now, Tino is curious to know what the Bible is about. We gave him and his sister Spanish Bibles. And, we gave Nahuatl Scriptures to my god-daughter, Lina.
Please pray as they take God's Word back to their village. Pray that God would open a door for the Gospel that had previously appeared to be shut.
Tino and Lina, with Lorena, Tino's sister
Ben, a respected man in our village knows a lot about the Bible. As my coworker Pete developed Nahuatl Bible lessons years ago, he first taught them to Ben to see how they communicated. Since then, Ben has become publicly vocal against the Nahuatl church. But, just recently, he's started privately asking Agustina serious questions about what he doesn't understand from the Bible. This is God at work!!
Katie working on literacy
A few years ago, Katie did a Nahuatl literacy class for kids in the village. It was well attended. Then, when the literacy lessons were done, we transitioned it into a Bible club and all but three kids continued coming. Norma prohibited her girls from coming to the Bible club. Just recently, she showed up at our house with a beaten up Bible. She apologized, embarrassed that they had had the book for so long. Her daughter had borrowed it from the library during literacy class and they had kept it. In the evenings when it was too dark to do anything else, her daughter would read it aloud and the whole family would sit around listening before going to bed. Norma apologized that it was falling apart and wanted to bring it back before it was ruined. Katie took the borrowed Bible and brought out a new Bible and gave it to her. That is God at work!
The young church meeting together
The believers continue to meet together, even when Katie and I are out of the village. They take turns leading music, prayer, and Bible study. It's great to see God work in them to recognize these responsibilities as their own.
