Not Our Usual Cargo

Sometimes, our pilots fly interesting cargo. One of the midwives (who serves at the remote mission hospital, where Brent Dood is based in Napuchis, Mexico) is a single lady who has a cat that is very dear to her. Her cat was attacked by a dog, and was in desperate need of a veterinarian. The closest veterinarian was about a 5 hour drive away from the mission hospital compound. She and her cat were able to get a ride with someone who was heading to the city where the vet is located. The cat received life-saving surgery, and the midwife and her cat were able to fly back home with Brent, on Odilón’s back flight.

We are grateful for the privilege of partnering with you in the furthering of the Good News of Jesus Christ in Mexico. Thank you for your partnership in prayer, and for your generous giving, so the UIM Aviation team can be the hands and feet of Jesus, in Mexico.

May your heart be encouraged that your labor for Him is not in vain. It will be worth it all, some sweet day.
